Welcome to the SA Herb Academy’s
In Person Classes
Bouquet Garni and the SA Herb Academy
proudly present a series of classes and bootcamps aimed at helping people grow and
enjoy their own home-grown green cuisine.
There are a number of ways to learn a new skill. You can jump in
without any prior knowledge and count on the "sink-or-swim" reaction
to pull you through. You can find "free" information on the internet.
You can read books. Or you can go straight to someone who is already
doing it well. In addition to the invaluable hands-on experience
you'll gain, you'll also become more motivated for any supplemental
reading and book-learning. And you'll meet some fabulous people in the
process.
